This monocultivar Maurino has notes of freshly cut grass alongside officinal herbs leaving way to intense balsamic notes. Well defined with intense green almond and rosemary on the finish it is really an incredible oil and sensational with a broad selection of dishes ranging from fish to white meat. It is also extremely good with dark chocolate.
