This selection is the hallmark of Laura De Parri and her family. Predominantly Caninese with a little Maurino and Frantoio, it has a rich and decisive aroma of artichoke, foraged and bitter greens and wild herbs with a good dose of black pepper on the finish. It works well with fine raw ingredients, ranging from vegetables to raw fish. It is also particularly good with goat’s cheese.
