From the heart of Puglia, Cagnara DOP is monocultivar Coratina and has a very pure character and moderate intensity making it a great pair for grilled vegetables, grains and pulses. Aromas of cut grass, almond and artichoke accompany the bright, often green hues on first pressing. We love this oil and it is great with green vegetables.
