From century old trees on the banks of Lake Garda, this blend dominated by Casaliva with a very small hint of Frantoio has a touch of artichoke, runner bean and complex wild herbs. It has a softer flavour than 46° Parallelo with less spice on the finish. Particularly good for lake fish, on salads, with rice or potatoes it is fine and elegant in every way.
