For those seeking an interactive, informative and memorable pre-christmas event this is a full immersion into the world of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Frantoi.org founder Elizabeth will guide your associates, employees, clients or family, through the wonders of freshly pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the 2020 season, with an engaging tutored tasting of the best Italy can bring to you. Your guests will learn:
- How to select the best EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- How EVOO is made
- What is an olive cultivar and how to find the one you like the most
- Which EVOOs work best with which other ingredients
- How to discern a faulty EVOO
- Why EVOO is so good for your health
Participants will learn a new original skill, and be engaged and charmed by the hour long interactive tutored tasting session (delivered via zoom). Elizabeth Berger is the founder of Frantoi.org and has 20 years’ experience running tastings in English and Italian, both for private and corporate clients.
Each participant receives 6 x 500ml bottles of our very finest selection from 6 regions in Italy plus a standard bottle of EVOO (good supermarket quality) for comparison. The bottles are delivered in Frantoi’s much loved recycled packaging directly to each individual’s private address.
We aim to offer an extraordinary experience for you and your guests infused with fun, antioxidants and discovery.

Maximum participants per session: 30 screens
Session lasts approx. 1 hour
Your session must be booked by 25 November at the latest to ensure we can deliver the olive oils in time.
Pre-Christmas tasting sessions will be held from 7 – 23 December and on a first come first served basis. Please email us to enquire about specific time slots.
