This superb blend is based on Rotondella with a minority percentage of Ravece. Produced in small quantities, it features notes of medium-ripe tomato with a hint of green apple and some medicinal herbs. On the palate it has amazing elegance with notes of celery, lettuce and raw broad beans. The subtle bitterness of this oil lends itself well to bean-based dishes in particular.
